My Care Hub expands to public following strong adviser support

Advice sector has played ‘pivotal role’ in successful rollout of care guidance platform

My Care Consultant has expanded its digital platform My Care Hub to the public and enhanced its adviser offering after a successful rollout in the advisory sector last year.

The independent care navigator company explained that the hub aimed to provide advisers and their clients with a ‘one-stop-shop' for care-related guidance, supporting the profession's commitment to vulnerability and Consumer Duty by "enabling access to clear, accurate and timely care advice". The platform is designed to help people both plan for care and assist with crisis response, it added.
