Hiring preferences emerge in financial advisory firms

More than a third (36%) of advice firms are gearing up to hire new staff in the coming year, according to a report by recruitment agency Paul Harper Search.

The report revealed that 19% of these firms are specifically looking to recruit financial advisers. NextWealth Financial Advice Business Benchmarks 2023 Furthermore, 14% of advisory firms have openings for paraplanners and researchers/analysts. The report also highlighted that 13% of firms are on the lookout for client services staff. In addition, 12% of firms are focused on recruiting support and operations staff.
