Advisers are struggling to recruit more talent in the industry due to a lack of education of the profession.

Speaking at The Lang Cat's latest Advice Gap 2023 report launch today (11 May), advisers outlined the difficulties in attracting talent in the financial advice sector. The research, which looked at 2,035 consumers over the last two years, suggested that consumers considered a profession in financial advisory if they had a parent that used a financial planner.
