Increasing client engagement came top of the list of perceived opportunities, according to recent research from SimplyBiz.

The firm published the results of its bi-annual survey exploring advisers' priorities for 2022, and the biggest opportunities and challenges they anticipate in the year ahead.  A total 300 respondents answered questions on a range of issues including their perception of the future of the industry, the most frequent concerns raised by clients over the past 12 months and how advisers will be engaging with their clients going forward.
