Hot on the heels on one of the busiest weeks of the year (the Autumn Budget) has come one of my favourite weeks of the year.

That being, Professional Adviser Awards judging week. The process is well underway, with many winners now having been chosen by our esteemed panel of judges following some lively debates. The discussions and results – as you can imagine – have to remain confidential, so I can't say much. What I can say, though, is that it's an absolute delight to see all the innovations and improvements that so many businesses and individuals have brought to the table over the past year.
