Women are estimated to hold around 60% of UK private wealth, yet men still hold 71% of invested assets. At the same time, only 18% of financial planners are female. Together, these figures point to a growing disconnect between where wealth sits, who delivers financial advice, and how advice is experienced. The FCA's 2025 Adviser Survey shows that 60% of advised clients are women, but joint advice relationships do not always mean equal participation.
