Fairstone Group deputy chair Lee Hartley has stepped down from the board of the consolidator.

Hartley founded the wealth management firm in 2008. He is now the CEO of Castrius Capital Partners, which supports the launch, growth and scale-up of private organisations that are headquartered in the North East. Fairstone Group operates from more than 56 locations with a head office in the North East and a London office and is made up of financial management, private wealth, corporate solutions, mortgage solutions and estate planning channels.
