Blevins Franks has launched European Client Solutions (ECS) for UK advisers with clients in the EU.
ECS allows UK advisers to introduce clients living in France, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus or Malta to Blevins Franks' locally based cross-border specialists. The firm said it provides a "collaborative and compliant" referral route, so clients access advice suited to their location. This is done in a "coordinated way" with the adviser, so the adviser no longer has "ongoing regulatory exposure", Blevins Franks CEO James Roberts told Professional Adviser.
