Wren Sterling adds £900m AUM with London-based IFA acquisition

Evans Hart brings nearly 2,500 clients to the group

Wren Sterling has completed its acquisition of IFA, Evans Hart, bringing a further £900m in assets under management (AUM) and nearly 2,500 clients into the national advice group.

The deal adds 28 staff across four offices – Fleet Street, Kingston, Bookham and Deddington, expanding Wren Sterling's footprint in London and the South East. Evans Hart, which has operated for almost four decades, serves a predominantly high-net-worth client base and is known for its technical advice capability. The acquisition takes Wren Sterling's total acquired AUM for 2025 to £1.8bn, with the firm indicating that several additional transactions are already contracted for early 2026.
