How Parmenion is fuelling platform growth amid adviser fragmentation

Platform's soft skills training, switch service and Consumer Duty alignment cited as key drivers of adviser engagement

Parmenion is doubling down on adviser-centric innovation and behavioural support to stand out in a fragmented platform market, chief commercial officer Mike Morrow has said.

Speaking exclusively to Professional Adviser, Morrow said a combination of emotional intelligence training for advisers, new digital capabilities, and responsiveness to Consumer Duty rules has helped Parmenion grow organically, even as many other platforms experience stagnation or outflows. "We are growing while most platforms are not," Morrow said. "That's down to service, proprietary technology, and frankly a greater willingness from advisers to reward good service.
