Plannr has integrated anti-money laundering (AML) checks into its platform through a partnership with compliance tech provider SmartSearch.

The integration enables firms using Plannr, a back-office and client relationship management (CRM) system for financial planners and wealth managers, to carry out digital AML verifications and know-your-client (KYC) checks directly within their client onboarding workflows, removing the need to re-key data or rely on external systems.
