Adviser numbers rise for Continuum as it expects further growth this year

Assets under influence grew 20% year-on-year to £2.07bn

National IFA Continuum recorded an increase in adviser numbers in the first quarter of the year, according to its latest results, with a 14% (year-on-year) increase and a total headcount of 72 advisers across the UK as of 31 March.

Total new business written income for the quarter rose 13% (year-on-year) with average adviser 12 month rolling productivity holding steady. Managing partner Martin Brown said: "2024 is set to be another fantastic year for Continuum, and the team have made a great start in this first quarter as we continue to drive to become the most trusted brand for advice in UK financial services.
