Fintel will continue to look at further mergers and acquisitions (M&A) this year as it invests “heavily” into the business.

The fintech yesterday (19 March) said it delivered a "strong" financial performance after posting an earnings before interest, taxes, and amortisation growth of 5.6% to £20.5m for the year ended 31 December 2023. Speaking to Professional Adviser, joint chief executive (CEO) Matt Timmins said Fintel has acquired "a number of really great businesses"and that M&A is "a clear part of our strategy and reason for our growth".
