Dynamic Planner unveils Consumer Duty 'digital engagement' adviser app

The new app ‘Tram’ will help clients track progress of financial plans

Dynamic Planner has today (5 March) unveiled a digital engagement application ‘Tram’ to help firms meet the needs of Consumer Duty, and track clients’ progress against their financial plans and risk levels.

The application will also deliver digital engagement and allow firms to grow and scale their business. Dynamic Planner said Tram will offer daily valuations and personalised content tailored to clients' specific needs and preferences. The Tram leverages its application programming interface technology and integrates with various customer relationship management/practice management systems, platform providers, custodians, and asset managers.
