Advisers share what they would change about their business, what it offers and how it operates if they could in the latest PA Asks.

Professional Adviser's most recent survey revealed that there is a mixture of changes that industry respondents would make to their businesses. For two pundits, they wish for more client friendly documentation. One said: "For clients to be able to complete our application forms online", whilst another mentioned "the client agreement forms." Client focus was a theme amongst the respondents, one said they would "have outsourced planning for all clients, have more new clients, simplify offering and ignore anything complicated".
