Today, Pearce is a financial adviser, but she did not originally set out to become one. She was training as a pilot when she first entered financial services almost by accident, taking an admin and client servicing job as a practical way to earn while she pursued her flying ambitions. With a strong background in maths, financial services felt like a logical – if temporary – step.
