Lumin snaps up South East firm in fifth deal

Lumin Wealth has bought £85m assets under management South East firm Ashridge Financial Management in its fifth acquisition since launching in 2010.

Swiss financial services firm VZ Group bought a majority stake in St Albans and London-based Lumin Wealth in May 2021. Lumin's most recent IFA acquisition came in March earlier this year when it bought Hertfordshire-based financial advice firm Enhance Wealth Management. Lumin revealed its "consolidator ambitions" in 2019 with its first acquisition of Bedfordshire-based Hyperion Financial Planning.
