In a sector that prides itself on progress, innovation and analytical thinking, the theme of International Women's Day 2026, Give to Gain, invites us to examine how sharing time, knowledge and opportunity creates meaningful change.   Around 60% of the wealth in the UK is held and controlled by women, but if they are looking for financial advice it's very likely they will be receiving advice from a male financial adviser with only 18% of regulated financial advisers being female. We see slightly more balance in paraplanning, but the financial advice process remains male-dominated.  ...
