ValidPath launches 'turnkey succession solution' for IFAs

Advice network ValidPath has launched what it calls a "complete solution" for IFAs to access liquidity and retire on their own terms.

The firm said that, against the backdrop of a "private equity-fuelled acquisition frenzy", it was necessary to support retiring IFAs who value their independence.  The solution helps retiring IFAs to access liquidity and retire "on their own terms" while also offering the next generation the opportunity to become "successor managers" and business owners. The succession programme can be accessed by single or multi-adviser firms, as well as appointed representatives or directly authorised businesses.
