Lumin Wealth buys Hertfordshire firm in fourth acquisition

AUM rises to £800m

Financial advice and discretionary fund management firm Lumin Wealth, based in St Albans and London, has acquired Hertfordshire-based financial advice firm Enhance Wealth Management.

This purchase follows the acquisitions of of Chamberlain Stean & West, Everett MacLeod and Hyperion and brings Lumin group assets under management (AUM) to around £800m. The firm said the deal was consistent with its strategy of fostering organic growth by partnering with "like-minded advisers who share Lumin's high standards", and for whom a "smooth transition for their valued clients" is crucial.  Lumin revealed its "consolidator ambitions" in 2019 with its first acquisition of Bedfordshire-based Hyperion Financial Planning.
