Financial planning firm Old Mill has promoted marketing manager Kim Barnard to its new head of office for its Yeovil, West Country department.

Barnard (pictured) has been on the marketing team for 11 years, with her most recent role being marketing manager. The promotion marks the first time anyone in a professional support team role has taken on such a position at the Somerset-based adviser firm. Her previous role led her to assist with the recent rebrand of the firm which has given her a "real head start" for her new position.
