Wren Sterling appoints Tilney's Carolanne Robinson

Replaces Jonathan Merry

Wren Sterling has appointed Carolanne Robinson as chief operating officer, who joins from Tilney where she was a senior member of its operations team for 13 years.

Robinson (pictured) will replace current chief operating officer, Jonathan Merry, who has been in the role since Towergate Insurance sold Towergate Financial to Palatine Private Equity in March 2015 - following which, it rebranded as Wren Sterling. Merry will stay at the firm during a transition period to help the national IFA manage MiFID II and GDPR implementation in 2018.
