Bellpenny swells FUM by further £21m with latest purchase

Bellpenny, the national wealth manager and IFA acquirer, has acquired Essex-based Personal & Corporate Financial Solutions (PCFS).

The acquisition encompasses £21m of funds under management with most clients living in the Essex area. Bellpenny chief executive Kevin Ronaldson said: "We welcome clients of PCFS into the Bellpenny fold and we look forward to helping them build and maintain highly-effective long-term financial plans."
