For decades, the annual review has been established practice for most advice and wealth management client relationships. A set piece that creates structure for firms and reassurance for clients with a formal opportunity to revisit plans, update information and confirm that everything remains on track. But is it now the most natural or inevitable way to organise client adviser relationships? It's a given that some clients need very little support for longish periods of time while others may experience significant changes only weeks after a review meeting has taken place.
