Friends Life partners with Key Retirement Solutions in OMO push

Friends Life has launched a venture with Key Retirement Solutions to bolster the support it offers customers at retirement.

The new service will provide guidance to Friends Life customers who do not have an adviser as they approach retirement and want to use their open market option (OMO) to ‘shop around' for an annuity.  The venture will assist customers in considering all their options, including the potential for an enhanced income due to lifestyle or health conditions, as well as providing access to all annuity providers active on the open market.
