Simplyhealth believes the government has failed to make its case for NHS reforms and that taking stock of public and health professionals' reaction will improve the amendments.
Last night, Andrew Lansley MP, Health Secretary, announced to Parliament that he was pausing the progress of the Health and Social Care Bill to listen to further concerns regarding its contents. The move has been welcomed by the health insurance provider which hopes it will allow the public and health workers the chance to raise their anxieties and eventually approve the proposed changes.
