The legalisation of pre-nuptial agreements could make pensions on divorce more complex by putting limits on sharing orders, a lawyer has warned.
Yesterday, the Law Commission launched a consultation looking at whether or not pre-nuptial agreements should become legally binding in England and Wales. Sackers partner Janet Brown believes pensions will suffer massive consequences if the current position is changed.
