PosSol pilots time tracking tool to ease partners' transition

Aegon-owned national IFA Positive Solutions is piloting a time recording tool to help partners translate time spent with clients into cost.

The online tool, which is being tested among a small number of advisers this month before an anticipated roll-out next year, has been designed to help partners move from a commission to a fee-based remuneration model in time for RDR. It is part of a wider web and paper-based initiative called Evolution which also includes an ‘action plan' module providing a roadmap through the business transition process.
