Where is the hot ISA money going?

Fund flows in the run up to the ISA deadline show little evidence of the much-heralded ‘great rotation'. There has been no full-blown re-embracing of risk, just as there are few signs of investors selling out of fixed interest. Equally, the preference for multi-asset and strategic bond funds, where the fund manager does the asset allocation thinking for investors, also remains firmly intact.
