With tax year-end behind us, the early part of the new tax year is a good time to take stock. While many in the profession will just be pleased that the rush is over for another year, some clients will already be starting to doubt whether they have made the most of their allowances, if their money is in the right place and whether anything has been missed. In January this year, we undertook some research with Ad Lucem to understand how advice-engaged UK adults were feeling about their finances.
