Simplybiz’s advice academy will aim to ‘level the playing field’ for small and medium sized advice firms, CEO Tom Hegarty tells PA.

Simplybiz announced the launch of its academy on 7 May which is designed to create clearer and more accessible pathways into the financial advice profession. The academy will include comprehensive talent, training, and development to help advice firms secure sustainable growth by attracting, developing, and retaining new talent.  Pathways will be available for financial planners, mortgage advisers, paraplanners, and financial services administrators.
