By the time a workplace dispute nears resolution there can be an awful lot of water under the proverbial bridge and often the emotional takes over the rational. When a professional has been poorly treated it is a natural response to want to take the employer to task, to show them that their conduct is not acceptable and all too often people tell us that above all they do not want anyone else in that workplace to have to go through what they have been through.
