In light of the furore around Lighthouse's proposal to de-list from AIM, Nicola Brittain considers the costs and benefits of being a publically listed advisory company.

Have you ever heard a friend or colleague described as 'like a pillow'? Just in case you haven't, the sort of person described in this way might also be described as someone 'indecisive and unsure of their opinions'.
