Q.What is your role at Fidelity? A.I have been at Fidelity for 10 years and have worked on the platform side since 2004. The platform has evolved significantly since then, from having only a few billion pounds on there and being transactional to what it is today. My first job was to build our life and pensions capability. This has driven our development over the past five years, with the addition of the SIPP, offshore and onshore bond.
