Disability financial planning specialists and a disability and access ambassador have warned financial planners and providers to be aware of junior ISA access issues for disabled savers that could mirror problems faced by some holders of child trust funds.
An estimated £210m remains locked inside child trust funds, the precursor to junior ISAs, said to belong to disabled young people who lack mental capacity to access them.
