Foundation reports rising demand for entry-level routes into financial services

Nucleus Foundation is expanding its backing of the Verve Foundation’s We Are Change programme as the initiative experiences a surge in interest from people looking to enter financial services.

The programme, designed to bring new entrants into the industry, has now launched its latest cohort, with Nucleus Foundation supporting four intakes of women since the partnership began in 2023. The foundation's aim is to change the industry's pipeline by opening the door to people who would not  have considered a financial services career. Verve founder and CEO Cathi Harrison told Professional Adviser that interest is outstripping capacity.
