The financial advice community is getting richer – and that's official. According to the latest BWD Financial Planner Earnings & Benefits Census report, nearly a quarter of advisers now take home more than £120,000 a year. Let's warm the cockles of our hearts by poring over some specifics. The average adviser salary in 2025/2026 was £77,251 – up from £71,256 the previous year – while the average bonus soared from £14,692 to £21,424. Marvellous stuff!
