The Openwork Partnership hires former Royal London exec as Omnis Investments CEO

The Openwork Partnership has named Mehdi Kadhim as CEO of Omnis Investments, its in-house investment arm, as the group prepares for its next phase of portfolio development.

Kadhim previously served as group chief transformation officer at Royal London and was CEO of Santander Asset Management UK before that. Omnis, which manages more than £11bn of assets for Openwork's adviser network and its IFA arm 2plan, has been expanding its proposition in recent months, including the launch of Omnis Agility – a flagship model portfolio service blending active funds and exchange-traded funds.
