Professional body has ‘come through some challenging years’

The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has worked to improve on its relationship with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), its president Carla Brown told delegates.

At the PFS' National Conference held today (13 November), Brown outlined that the professional body has "come through some challenging years". "Years that have tested relationships, communication and trust, but out of that has come a much stronger foundation," Brown set out. "This year has been a year of collaboration."
