'Every role is integral': Advice business owners urged to nurture talent at every level

Financial advisers have been called to stop viewing administration as secondary to adviser roles if they want to attract and retain new talent.

Speaking at The Lang Cat's HomeGame event yesterday (30 September), The Financial Planning Club co-founder Lewis Byford said the administrator's role is as important as the adviser role "because we can't do anything without them". Byford added: "Every role is integral. If you don't think about your business now, we won't have any new talent."
