Carla Brown reappointed as PFS president

Carla Brown will continue as president of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) for a second year after being reappointed at the PFS board meeting last month.

The board meeting, which took place on 11 September, also saw Kate Gannon appointed vice president of the PFS. The appointments became effective following ratification by PFS members of their election as PFS board directors at the PFS annual general meeting held in Birmingham on 25 September. Brown is the CEO of Oakmere Wealth Management, and she has been on the PFS board since July 2023.
