Former Titan Wealth employee sentenced to community order for harassment

Okunola handed 100 hours unpaid work and two-year restraining order

A former Titan Wealth employee has been sentenced to 100 hours of unpaid work after being found guilty of harassing two senior staff members at the group through a series of abusive emails.

Marian Okunola was convicted last month at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on two counts of harassment without violence relating to 37 emails sent between January and April 2024. At sentencing today (19 September) at Ealing Magistrates' Court, residing magistrate Mr Newton imposed a community order alongside a victim surcharge of £114 and £300 in prosecution costs. A two-year restraining order was also granted, preventing Okunola from contacting the two victims directly or indirectly.
