The Autumn Budget will be taking place on 26 November, the Treasury has confirmed.

Chancellor Rachel Reeves will be delivering what is expected to be a Budget focused on tax increases in a bid to fill the £40bn public finances ‘black hole'. Reeves and prime minister Keir Starmer have stated that Labour is committed to sticking to its manifesto promise not to raise taxes on ‘working people', including through income tax, national insurance (NI) and VAT.
