Shackleton has completed its acquisition of Argentis Group, formerly Hurst Point Group, for an undisclosed sum following Financial Conduct Authority approval.
First announced in April this year, this transaction represents Shackleton's largest acquisition to date and will create a combined business with approximately £17.5bn in assets under advice and management. Shackleton has said that there will be no changes to the service provided to clients of the enlarged Shackleton Group, the people they deal with, or the teams that support them following the deal.
