Judge orders mental health assessment ahead of sentencing next month

A former employee of Titan Wealth has been found guilty of harassing two of the group's senior staff members through a series of abusive emails, following a trial at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court yesterday (27 August).

Marian Okunola, who briefly worked for Titan Wealth, was convicted on two counts of harassment without violence relating to emails sent between January and April 2024 to two senior staff members at the group. Okunola, who represented herself after previously abandoning an abuse of process argument, was granted conditional bail until sentencing on 19 September at Ealing Magistrates' Court. The court heard that Okunola sent 37 emails from her personal Gmail account, many of which contained highly personal and explicit remarks.
