Trial of ex-Titan Wealth employee delayed

Complainants to testify behind screens amid ongoing legal preparations

The trial of Marian Okunola, a former contractor-turned-employee of Titan Wealth, was postponed today (22 January) during a hearing at Ealing Magistrates' Court, with a new trial date set for May 2025.

Okunola faces charges of harassment related to a series of allegedly abusive emails sent to two senior members of Titan Wealth and its subsidiary, Titan Settlement and Custody (formerly Global Prime Partners). During the proceedings, new evidence was disclosed concerning the timeline and frequency of the emails in question. An amendment was requested to the alleged date of the original offense, citing a human error in the previous timeline.
