Perspective signs four acquisition deals adding £350m

Consolidation group adds offices in Ipswich and Amersham

Perspective Financial Group has completed four acquisitions, bringing the firm’s total to 15 for the year.

These latest acquisitions add approximately £350m in assets under advice, 940 households as clients, and two new offices in Ipswich and Amersham. As part of the expansion, 20 new staff members will join the firm, increasing the total number of Perspective offices to 41 across the UK. The four acquisitions are: Clayden Financial Planning in Ipswich, which will now operate as Perspective (Clayden Financial). This acquisition opens a new regional office in Ipswich.
