Failed Hartley Pensions clients face months-long SIPP transfer document delays

Frustrated client notes that communications were promised from April to June

Some clients have yet to receive their Hartley Pensions self-invested personal pension (SIPP) documents after it was promised that communications would be issued from April, Professional Adviser has learnt

A Hartley Pensions SIPP client reached out to PA saying that they still have not received their transfer documents from joint administrators UHY Hacker Young. This comes after an update posted by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme on 4 April stated that these communications will be issued from April through to June. It is understood that other clients are also likely to still be waiting, with administrator UHY Hacker Young having told PA that Platform One holders should receive their transfer documents within the next two to three weeks, months after they were expecting them. ...
