The majority (63%) of advisers say most of their client meetings are held in person.

In the latest PA Asks survey, we asked advisers to share whether their meetings are mostly online or in person. While the majority responded that meetings are in person, 31% said online and 7% said not applicable. One respondent said that initial online meetings are common, with further meetings in person. "Many advisers are carrying out meetings increasingly online," another added. One pundit who told PA that most of their meetings are online, said: "this has changed post pandemic".
