Most of the industry says satisfaction with providers has stayed the same

Only 7% the industry said their satisfaction with providers has increased over the last 12 months, a recent Professional Adviser poll has shown.

In the latest PA Asks, 55% of the respondents said their satisfaction with providers has stayed the same while 38% said their satisfaction has decreased. A comment from one pundit who said their satisfaction has increased read: "It appears across the board that there are more staff answering phone calls on new business telephone service versus existing client servicing." One respondent whose satisfaction stayed the same said: "Some are better, some are worse, overall about the same."
